Porterville improves to 4-0 in the EYL

Porterville dropped only two matches in winning 60-7 against Mission Oak and just one match in winning against Delano 73-3 to improve to 4-0 in the East Yosemite League. In the junior varsity matches, Porterville beat Delano 81-0 and Mission Oak 76-9 to improve to 4-0 in the EYL. A highlight for Porterville’s JVs came when Parker Sourza beat Mission Oak’s Manuel Rivera 5-4 in double overtime. “Our kids performance was amazing, near perfect,” Porterville coach Tim Vanni said.
