Turnovers doom Spartans in loss to Parlier

Parlier forced four Strathmore turnovers and capitalized en route to a 44-17 beating of the 4-5 Spartans.
The loss is the Spartans’ fourth in their last five games.
A bright spot in the four-score defeat was senior wide receiver Serafin Moreno.
Moreno caught a season-high 13 passes for 129 yards and two touchdowns (from 12 and 22 yards, respectively).
Strathmore travels to undefeated Corcoran next week to close its league campaign.
